I often joke that I was raised in real estate office; myfather owned and operated the largest African American Owned Real estate officein Southern California, where I grew up. After graduating from the Universityof California at Berkeley and pursuing other interests, I found my way back toreal estate in 1996. I started my career in the SF Bay area, and quicklylearned the local market and positive sales techniques and was rewarded withthe "Rookie of the Year" Award from Prudential, Oakland. The success encouragedme, and I became a broker and relocated to Sacramento in 2003.  I learnedthe mortgage business and went on to own and operate Bealum and Associatea Real Estate and mortgage company.  It was there that I discovered mytrue passion, to manage and train Realtors. With almost two lifetimes ofexperience, I know firsthand what it takes to be successful in real estate; ablend of customer service, strong negotiation skills, a real grasp oftechnology and a mastery of the sales process.  I truly enjoy sharing myknowledge and experience with realtors that are committed to their success andhave a strong drive towards excellence.  I firmly believe that you mustlove what you do and do it well.  I love to teach, mentor andmotivate.  I love to work with dedicated, passionate professionals.
