My name is Ulises Belmonte. I was born in Mexico and immigrated to the U.S when I was 5 years old. I lived in Livingston for one year before I moved to Modesto where I eventually attended MJC. As I was growing up my dad taught me the meaning of hard work by taking me and my two brothers (one older and one younger than me) to do contractor work building fences and pouring concrete in the hot summer months we had off from school. When I grew up I had to find a job to help bring income to the house, I first worked at delta sierra beverage it was fun there. That is where I met George from Exceptional Commuters (a small car lot) here I worked for a short time. I believe the experience I learned there will help me in real estate. I liked being in the sales world and I also had an uncle in real estate (Genaro Pulido A.K.A the Handsome man) he was always happy and he seemed to do well for himself. So I went back to school to earn my real estate license and I became an agent in 2015 and I couldn't be happier. I look forward to giving my clients wonderful service.
