Has earned the accredited Senior Real Estate Specialist and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert designations.Carmen has served on several prestigious Board's in the Industry. Including the Building Industry Association BIA, Sales & Marketing Council, in many leadership positions. As well as the National Association of Residential Property Managers Board, as Legislative Chair.
