I have lived and worked in the greater Sacramento, Placer and Yolo County area for over 40 years. One of my hobbies is officiating high school sports. I just completed my 8th year of officiating high school football. I have also officiated high school basketball and girls softball. I have worked at most every school from Colfax to Benicia and from Galt to Yuba City and everything in between. I have traveled to most all of the high schools in the area and know the condition of the schools as well as the character of the people at the schools.I have over 10 years of Real Estate experience which includes buying, selling, lending, marketing, project and development. I have also purchased many fixer homes to enhance neighborhoods. In this process I have worked with many contractors in the area which is a benefit to you.
