I started my professional career late in life after graduating from Sacramento State at age 42 with a degree in Civil Engineering. I worked for Kjeldsen, Sinnock and Associates, a consulting Civil Engineering firm in Stockton for 8 years before Everett and I relocated to Seldovia, Alaska in 1992.For 14 years we lived in Seldovia, a small isolated fishing village on the Kenai Peninsula. The only way to reach the village was by boat or by plane. Together, Everett and I opened a laundromat, ice cream and sandwich shop, with 2 showers to complete the vision. Everett received his Alaska real estate license in 1993 and I received mine in 1997.After selling the entrepreneurial shop in 2001, we worked together to list and sell commercial real estate, residential real estate and vacant land, as broker/owners of Beachcomber Realty.In 2006, we trekked back to Stockton and studied and received our broker licenses.

Ten years ago I moved to sunny Sacramento and after getting to know the area I obtained my California real estate license.
