Christopher Brown is a real estate development industry veteran with more than 25 years' experience. He's the founder and principal of NEXT New Homes Group a forward-thinking sales and marketing company for home builders. NEXT offers sales operations to small and medium size home builders in the Northern California market. NEXT New Homes Group is also an ad agency for home builders in California and Nevada, offering full agency services as well a several technology services such as data analytics, virtual reality, and augmented reality. He's the Principal and Broker for NEXT Real Estate Group, Inc a boutique resale real estate company based in Roseville California. He most recently started the home building company, NEXT Crafted, with two industry veterans, Dragos Cojocaru, formerly of The New Home Company and Scott Bolli his partner in NEXT New Homes Group. Christopher has been deeply involved in the home building industry throughout his career. Starting in Santa Barbara selling condos on the beach, he moved back to his hometown of Sacramento in 1999 selling new homes in the region. He quickly moved into management holding senior sales and marketing positions with private and public home builders. His leadership role in these companies focused on operations as well as sales & marketing creation and execution and product development for developments ranging from urban infill to large master plan communities.As a speaker, Christopher speaks on a variety of topics related to home building, sales, marketing, technology and business practices. He has been a selected speaker at the International Builders Show and the Pacific Coast Builders Conference for several years.
