As a licensed RE Broker and Mortgage MLO, my goal is to give the best effort to serve my clients. All my sellers, buyers and loans come from "referrals only" because I believe a happy client is your best advertisement. My company iHome Real Estate and Mortgage covers both Southern California and Northern California, with services in English, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, & Taiwanese), and Spanish.

I grew up all over the place, living in the Philippines, Florida, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Massachusetts, but my family always owned our house on Main St in Grass Valley and we visited frequently. I fell in love with Nevada County through these visits, and went to school here briefly at Lyman Gilmore Middle School and Nevada Union High School. The adventure and beauty of the Yuba River, the warm faces around town, the unique diversity within a small California town, community events, and proximity to both snow and ocean made this place a dream for me. I've now lived here for nearly 20 years. I worked in a variety of jobs from summer work with local tree companies, sales, marketing, and technology. I have managed social media pages where we have over 2 million followers. My family is deep in cutting edge social media marketing and networks which gives me a unique perspective and ability to give a huge competitive advantage on online marketing. I am fortunate to have found a profession I love doing, whether shopping for the bargain to complete an investors portfolio or helping a veteran find their dream home. My client-first approach keeps me focused on what is most important to me: helping people fulfill their dreams. What do I do when not helping wonderful people buy and sell their homes? Family and Community! I have two kids, a boy and a girl, and I share all my extra time with them! I coach competitive youth soccer for Gold Country United and work with the board in strategizing and implementing programs for youth development. I am a very community-centric person and the ability to help inspire the youth to achieve greater things falls right in line with my beliefs in Real Estate and helping to build a stronger community.
