Steve started his career in real estate in 1985 in the Town of Truckee, CA. He began as a Sales Associate, then Broker, and the owner of multiple real estate companies.Over the years, Steve has been very involved in his community. During his fifteen years residence in Truckee, he was a Chamber of Commerce Director and President as well as a Town Councilman. As a Town Councilman, Steve was fortunate enough to be involved in the Town's formative years, and served on numerous local, regional, and state committees. This has given him a great understanding of how a community works.After selling his company, he moved to the Auburn area foothills, a place where he and his wife had always dreamed of living. There, he pursued other interests that he had always wanted to do. Steve developed several residential land projects for single-family homes, as well as constructing custom spec homes. Steve's abilities in this area were noticed by a large regional, custom home and commercial construction company, and he was asked to come to work for them as their CEO. Which of course, he did.In recent years, Steve has seen the need for green energy development and felt that it was important to get involved. He helped form Green Planet Power Solutions, a multi-state utility scale green energy power company where he served as its President and CEO.Since raising his two wonderful sons, coaching their soccer games and being involved in their schooling with numerous field trips, his children are now out on their own and have given he and his wife five wonderful grandchildren. Now, Steve and his wife make their home in the Rocklin/Roseville community where they can be closer to their family, enjoy all this area has to offer.
