"Integrity, warmth and insightful solutions to every real estate transaction!" I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area in a family involved in residential and commercial real estate investment.  At an early age I learned  the ins and outs of property purchases, sales, mortgages and maintenance.  Growing up I took on a larger role in the buying, selling and management of my family's investment properties.  After graduating from college and enjoying a career in Human Resources, I decided to dedicate myself full time to helping others with their real estate needs. Influenced by some of the greatest motivators in leadership and sales training - Dale Carnegie, Brian Buffini, Mike Ferry and others - I utilize my knowledge, eye for detail and communication skills to make sure that each transaction progresses smoothly from start to finish.     My belief is that continuing education is key to staying current on the ever-changing real estate laws, forms and trends. This has led me to be an active member of the Education Committee at the Sacramento Association of Realtors, and also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors. A Fair Oaks resident since 1992,I am an enthusiastic member of the community; I enjoy dancing, travelling and showing clients the best that the greater Sacramento area has to offer.
